Francesco Mazzoleni

Graduated in trombone in 1988 from the "G. Donizetti" music institute in Bergamo under the guidance of M° G. Corsini. In 2008 he received a second level diploma from the "G. Verdi" conservatory in Como and in 2010 a second level diploma in teacher training from the "G. Donizetti" conservatory in Bergamo.

He has furthered his education by attending several master classes given by such instrumentalists as J. Friedman, M. Mulcahy, C. Vernon (trombonists of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra); J. Alessi (Principal Trombone of the New York Philharmonic); Rex Martin (lecturer at Northwestern University Chicago).

He has made numerous collaborations with the following orchestras: Teatro alla Scala; I solisti Veneti; Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana OSI; Teatro G. Verdi di Trieste; Teatro Arena di Verona; Teatro San Carlo di Napoli; Orchestra Sinfonica G. Verdi of Milan; Orchestra A. Toscanini of Parma; Orchestra dei Pomeriggi Musicali; Orchestra Haydn di Trento e Bolzano; Orchestra Sinfonica di Sanremo; Orchestra della Rai di Milano: Orchestra Nazionale della Rai di Torino; Orchestra Cantelli di Milano; Orchestra Stabile di Bergamo and with several chamber groups including Ensemble Nuove Sincronie and Divertimento Ensemble with whom he toured Greece, Spain and Mexico.

Since 1997 he has collaborated with the Piccolo Teatro in Milan, where, with the show "Harlequin servant of two masters," he has toured Europe, Japan, Colombia, Egypt, China, Israel, Russia, Korea and the United States.
