Graduated with highest honors from the Conservatory of Castelfranco Veneto with M° P. Gastaldello, he perfected his studies at the Academy "W. Stauffer" in Cremona under the guidance of M° B. Giuranna. Winner in 1983 of the Competition for viola at Teatro alla Scala in Milan, for two years stable member of the Orchestra del Teatro alla Scala and Filarmonica della Scala, he plays under the direction of important conductors such as Claudio Abbado, Leonard Bernstein, Carlo Maria Giulini, Riccardo Chailly. From 1986 to 1990 he played with the Brescia and Bergamo Festival Orchestra. He currently collaborates with various orchestras in Italy (Orchestra del "Teatro La Fenice",Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto, Orchestra da camera Ferruccio Busoni, Filarmonia Veneta di Treviso, Orchestra d'archi Italiana) as first viola and soloist .
