Lucio Caucchiolo

Since 1999, he has collaborated as a teacher with the Teatro alla Scala Foundation, within the Academy, in the Project "Training Course for Orchestra Professors" - individual technique: bassoon.

National and international competitions: 

3rd prize - 1st and 2nd not awarded - at the International Competition of Instrumental Performance "Rovere d'Oro" - City of San Bartolomeo al Mare, chamber music section, in 1992;

1st prize overall at the 10th Rassegna di Musica d'Assieme "Trofeo ENDAS-ACADA" in Genoa, March 1993;

1st prize overall with a score of 100/100 at the National Competition "Suona Con Noi" in Pesaro, chamber music section, on 04/24/1995;

finalist at T.I.M. (International Music Tournament), organized by A.GI.MUS., in the solo wind section in the 1994 edition.

Suitability:

second in the rankings at the audition for bassoon row and contrabassoon at the Teatro alla Scala, Milan, in January 1998;

first in the rankings at the audition for bassoon row and contrabassoon at the "G. Verdi" Theater of Trieste in May 2001;

runner-up in the competition for second bassoon with contrabassoon requirement at the "Haydn" Symphony Orchestra of Bolzano and Trento in January 1998;

third in the rankings at the audition for assistant second bassoon positions at the Arena di Verona Opera House in 1994;

second in the ranking at the audition for contrabassoon at the Orchestra "I Pomeriggi Musicali" in Milan, in March 1998;

first with equal merit in the competition for second bassoon with compulsory first at the Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto in December 2003;

runner-up in the audition for second bassoon at the "V. Bellini" Theater in Catania, Italy, in 1994;
